HOUSE CALL & MOBILE PHYSICAL THERAPY

Physical Therapy Services

One-on-one physical therapy brought to you — at home or, when clinically appropriate, where you work or train. Choose the service that most closely matches what is limiting you or what you are working to return to.

Care where it makes sense for the problem

House call and mobile physical therapy can connect treatment to the movements, equipment, surfaces, and demands that matter outside a traditional clinic. Depending on the episode of care, a visit may take place at home or, when clinically appropriate and access is permitted, at a gym, workplace, field, court, mat space, training facility, or another appropriate setting.

The setting does not have to remain the same throughout an episode of care. It may change as recovery progresses and the activities being addressed change.

$100 per visit

The fee is the same for every eligible direct-pay visit. There are no required packages, treatment tiers, or memberships. A written Good Faith Estimate is provided before the first visit. The direct-pay fee applies after initial screening confirms that this practice and payment arrangement are appropriate for the episode of care.
